Hello!

I am a passionate sound engineer with a deep love for pop and rock music. Since my early years, live music has captivated me, particularly the electrifying atmosphere both on and off stage. One vivid memory stands out: attending a concert with my father and being mesmerized by the activity of the roadies and stagecrew. It was then that I knew I wanted to be a part of that world, contributing to the magic behind the scenes.

Around my 15th birthday, when the local sound engineer stepped down, I took it upon myself to ensure the smooth operation of concerts at our local pub/youth house. With limited knowledge but boundless enthusiasm, I dove headfirst into the challenge. This experience ignited a spark within me, fueling my ambition for what lay ahead.

Upon acceptance into pxl music, I had the privilege of learning from esteemed mentors such as Erik Loots, Tom Janssen, Bram Vanderweeën, and Jelle Cooremans, among others. My journey continued with an enriching internship at VDB-pa, where I ended up at festivals like Groot Verlof and Pukkelpop during the summer, and music clubs across Belgium in the winter.

I've had the pleasure of collaborating with remarkable bands like The Haunted Youth, Whispering Sons, Brutus, SHHT, Stake, Paard, and many others. While my primary role is as a front-of-house (FOH) engineer on tour, I also thrive in managing stage monitors and all things music-related. My expertise spans across venues of all sizes, from intimate bars to the big stages of music festivals.

The thrill of traveling the world and working tirelessly at festivals and clubs to deliver unforgettable performances is an integral part of my passion. However, what truly fuels my spirit is the camaraderie of teamwork and the collective effort that goes into creating unforgettable moments. When all the pieces align, and we collectively bring joy to the audience, that's when I feel most fulfilled.
